The court is set with a chair on each elbow, seat facing mid-court, with a ball on each chair.
We need a shooter, a rebounder and a ball placer. If there are only 2 players, the rebounder also serves as the ball placer. The shooter starts under the basket.
The shooter cuts up the lane, inside the chairs, turns to the outside, and in one motion, scoops the ball off the chair, steps with his inside foot, toward the basket and takes a jumpshot.
The rebounder grabs the rebound and passes it to the ball placer who replaces the ball back on the chair.
|After shooting, the shooter cuts to the opposite block|
|The shooter then repeats the same action on the other chair.|
