Elbow Reverse Jump Shooting (Video)

Written by

Elbow Reverse Jump Shooting, we simulate taking your man away from the ball, then, using a “step through” pivot to explode back to the ball and get your shot off the pass.

Place a chair above each elbow with a ball on each.

Place a marker (can be anything but I use another chair) about 3 or 4 feet outside the chairs with the ball on them.

Shooter starts in the middle.

Shooter cuts to the outside chair, executes his pivot and come hard back to the ball. He scoops the ball off the chair for his shot.  Elbow Reverse Jump Shootng 2
He now repeats for the other side.  Elbow Reverse Jump Shootng 3
