In this drill, we start with a ball tee (or chair, etc. holding a ball) a rebounder under the rim, shooter on the block and a ball placer tending the ball tee.
There is a marker on the right side, near mid-court
|The shooter sprints up the floor as if he is running up the floor on the break. Upon reaching the marker, he turns and runs up the floor as if he is running the wing on the break.|
|Shooter sprints to the corner a grbs the ball off the tee, as if he receives the pass on the break.|
|Shooter gets his shot, on the run.|
After the shot, shooter turns back up the floor for anther repetition.
The rebounder grabs the rebound, throws to the ball placer, who replaces the ball on the tee for the next repetition. Two ball can be used for efficiency.
