Start with the player doing a Mikan drill.
After a specified number of shots, player throws a pitchout to the coach on the wing
|Player then sprints up the court as if he was running up the floor on a break.|
Player turns at a chair placed in the middle of the court and sprints back up the floor to the original basket.
Player receives a trailer pass at the elbow and shoots a trailer shot.
|After shooting the trailer shot, player cuts to the opposite low post, picks a ball off the chair and makes a low post move.|

This is a great combination drill that works on a variety of skills. It simulates a player running up the floor on a fast break, taking a trailer jump shot and a low post shot.
