|The drill sets up with a passer, with a ball on the top, shooter on the block and a defender in the lane|
|Shooter cuts up the lane and touches the ball, held by the passer. After touching the ball, he cuts down the lane to the block. This is to give the shooter a starting point and to simulate him coming down the lane to post up.|
When met by the defender, the shooter execututes proper footwork to get his inside hp and inside shoulder between the defender and the ball.
Passer enters the ball into the post on the "duck in" and shooter executes a post move.
