Turn Out Double Change (Video)

Written by

Turn Out Double Change is a great drill for warm up, ball handling, conditioning and shooting.

Coming up the middle of the court, the player "turns out," receives a pass, attacks with his first dribble and then makes a double change dribble for a shot.

As show, this drill has 2 parts. The first is a layup after the double dribble and the second is for a jump shot. When used with a jump shot, it also becomes a great footwork drill with the emphasis of getting back to your shooting foot.
